Dr. Homon, a Dublin High School graduate, aspired to become an orthodontist from an early age. He pursued that goal, receiving a Bachelor's degree in chemistry with a minor in Anthropology from Miami University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Ohio State University. He went on to complete a three-year orthodontic residency at the University of Michigan where he earned a Master’s degree in orthodontics and has been published for his research in the genetic basis of birth defects.

An Orthodontist is first a dentist. He has completed approximately eight years of Pre-Dental and Dental training to qualify for his dental degree.

After receiving his dental degree, the dentist who elects to specialize in Orthodontics enters a training program for three additional years to qualify as a specialist to correct deformities of the jaw and mal-alignment of the teeth.

We have organized our office in such a manner as to give you not only the highest level of orthodontic treatment, but also the best possible service. Colleen, Tanya and Jen will be your patient care coordinators. Our patient care coordinators are extremely knowledgeable with all phases of orthodontic treatment, and will be with you throughout your treatment. I know you will find them to be extremely friendly and helpful.

Our scheduling coordinator, Julia, will help you schedule the best time for your appointments. Julia understands the importance of school and work to our patients and will try to best accommodate your schedule whenever it is possible. Our office has extended convenient hours including early mornings and evenings to help us work around your schedule.

Fonda is our financial coordinator, and will assist you with all financial arrangements. She will answer any questions that you may have about payment plans and insurance coverage as well submitting all the necessary paperwork to your insurance company.
