Dr. James Homon, DDS, MS

Dr. James Homon, a Dublin High School graduate, aspired to become an orthodontist from an early age. He pursued that goal, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a Minor in Anthropology from Miami University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University. He went on to complete a three-year orthodontic residency at the University of Michigan where he earned a Master’s degree in Orthodontics.

Dr. Homon is board-certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He has been in private practice since 1998.

He maintains professional memberships with the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Ohio Dental Association.

Away from the office, Dr. Homon enjoys golf and both collecting and playing electric guitars. He provides volunteer services to Kidsmiles Pediatric Clinic.

Dr. Jeff Shirck, DDS, MS

Dr. Shirck grew up in Worthington and graduated from Worthington Kilbourne High School.  He is a three-time graduate from the Ohio State University.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in biology and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the College of Dentistry.  He completed his journey at O.S.U. with a three-year orthodontic residency and receiving a Master's degree. During his residency, Dr. Shirck researched the latest technology in anchorage devices which are small screws or implants that orthodontists can use to move teeth in directions that would normally be impossible.
